The ESB cross-country takes place on Sunday at 11am. This is the only cross-country race on the Cork BHAA calendar and is an accessible race for those of you who want to dip your toes into cross-country.
Don’t forget to register for 2014 before the race. We cannot take new registrations on the day. You still have time to register online and send your registration fee to Kevin Cummins.
Companies with more than 5 runners should use the Excel method on the link above to record all runner details. Email that to us at register@corkbhaa.com and print it out and send it to Kevin Cummins along with your registration fee.
Smaller companies can use the registration form at on the Register page. Once submitted, print the webpage and send this along with your registration fee to Kevin Cummins.
You are only registered once hard copy with cheque/postal order made payable to Cork BHAA is received by Kevin at least 24 hours in advance of the race.
