The Johnson & Johnson Med Tech (formerly DePuy Synthes) 4 mile race takes place in Ringaskiddy with registration from 6.30pm at the Ringaskiddy Community Centre. Additional parking will be available through Ringaskiddy village at the National Maritime College of Ireland. Note that this parking will close at 10pm sharp.

The course starts in Ringaskiddy and takes the bridge to Haulbowline Island and a loop in the Recreational Park before making its way back to Ringaskiddy.
