The next race on the Cork BHAA calendar is Pfizer 6 mile race on Wednesday at 8pm in Ringaskiddy. Registration takes place from 6.30pm but aim to be there before 7.30pm as the race start is a bit away from the Pfizer Sport Hall.
The weather forecast looks pretty decent for Wednesday so dry out those runners and enjoy the Irish summer!
