The next race on the Cork BHAA calendar comes hot on the heels of our last race. The IPS/Garda 5k race held at the traditional 5k route down the Marina takes place on Wed 8th July at 8pm. Registration takes place at Lee Rowing Club as usual from 6.30pm. Might be time to set that PB for a 5k now that racing season is in full tilt!
