The next race on the Cork BHAA calendar is the Novartis 5k which takes place on Wednesday July 29 at 8pm. Registration is at the Novartis building in Ringaskiddy from 6.30pm. As with all races, the post-race grub is top notch and they are providing t-shirts for the first 500 finishers so can’t get better than that for your €5/€8.
