The first race of the 2016 takes place tomorrow in Blackrock with the ESB Cross Country 5k starting at 11am. This is the only cross country race in the BHAA calendar and takes place in the fields near Beaumont School. Registration is from 9.30am at Cork Con. Everybody registered with us in 2015 is registered for this first race. So come along and try out cross country if you haven’t done so before.
Registration for 2016 is open on our Register page. For those of you unfamiliar with it, please read through the instructions as we prefer getting registrations in bulk from team secretaries if you have one. Whether you’re using the Excel file for larger groups or the online method, you need to print off your registration and send this with the cheque to Kevin Cummins at the address provided in advance of the race. The Excel file also needs to be emailed into us in advance.
Finally, the BHAA AGM takes place on Thursday 14th at 8pm in Montenotte Hotel. We encourage all race organisers and interested parties to attend and have your say about the BHAA for the year.
