The next race on our calendar is the Defence Forces 5k on Sunday October 13 at 10am. This takes place again this year at Tramore Valley Park using the usual 5k route there. Registration is open from 9am at the changing rooms near the finishing line. We have reverted to the earlier 10am starting time of our Sunday races at the start of the year so don’t get caught out the by this.
