The UCC Carmel Lynch memorial 10k is on tomorrow March 30 at 11am. Registration at the Western Gateway Buildings from 9.30am. Be sure to put your clocks forward tonight so you’re not caught out!
Slight change in route this hear where the start is from outside the Mardyke gym entrance. See image for this but there will be plenty of people walking over in the morning so follow the crowd. Unless the crowd are all crossing the bridge then don’t follow the crowd, be your own person.
