Delighted to see Fun Runners Welcome on next we can’t all be elite athletes especially when we may be a little older. The EMC5 last year was my first It was quite intimidating
Hi Susan,
All levels of runners are welcome at BHAA races. Hopefully the more open roads around the Marina will be more welcoming. Feel free to chat to us after the next race if you have any suggestions. I’m the one with the laptop :).

To be fair Susan, out of an average field of 500 or so runners taking part in a typical BHAA race, very few are ‘elite runners’.. I find all BHAA races to be great social events, well organised and great après race banter and refreshments.. So don’t ever feel intimidated, most of us are there for the fun 🙂
Hi BHAA
Do you foresee sell-out concert at the Marquee starting at 8pm being a problem on Wednesday? Cars and pedestrians ++.
Has this happened other yrs? Did it work ok?
Cheers
Ronan
Hi Ronan
A few people are asking this and we should be OK. This will be taken into account for preparations on the night.

Can you please check the results for Team Prizes? Cork CC Ronni Barry & Mgt Callanan should they have rec’d a prize in cat B? 221 points in total
Hi Margaret, the total points is correct but as your combined ranks put you into the A category it wasn’t enough for a prize.
