The first race of the 2015 calendar is the ESB X-Country 5k on Sunday 11th January at 11am. This is the only cross country race on the BHAA calendar so if you want to try something new this year why not give it a go? The race consists of 3 laps of the fields near Beaumont School with registration taking place at 9.30am at Cork Constitution.
Be sure to register in advance to be eligible for prizes and pay the cheaper race entry rate for registered runners. Please note, the €10 registration per runner must be with Kevin Cummins in advance of the race. To summarise the process again, the larger companies with team secretaries must use the Excel version of the registration form. Smaller companies can also use this method or use the online form if they prefer. To be registered, the information must be
- Sent electronically (Excel via email or using the online form), and
- Print out of Excel/completed online form along with cheque/postal order made payable to Cork BHAA to be sent to Kevin Cummins at the address provided on the registration page.
