Don’t rely on the bus tomorrow
Important notice for anybody intending to travel by train/bus for Cork to Cobh. As mentioned previously here, there are planned engineering works on the rail line so they are down to bus transfers only. We have been contacted by Irish Rail about this. There will only be enough buses for normal Sunday capacity tomorrow as they were unaware of this race. We would strongly recommend car-pooling to avoid long delays or missing the start of race if you’re coming from Cobh.
Please pass this message on to others who may not be online. If you’re driving, try have a full car of sweaty runners after the race!
