With all the races being postponed and usual outings curtailed, we thought we would organise a virtual 5k. It’s pretty simple. You enter using your most recent 5k time or run 5k between now and Sunday and give us your time. That’s it! Bear in mind, you need to keep to the restrictions laid out by the government for restricted exercise within 2km of your own house and don’t run with people not from your household. If you are not currently running 5k just use your most recent 5k time. We won’t be looking for proof unless you run a world record 5k!

If you are registered with us for 2020 choose your company from the drop-down. If not, just leave it blank. We will list category and team prizes in results but there are no prizes. You may just get bragging rights. Usual BHAA rules apply so only registered runners are eligible for “prizes”.
Entries will close at 11am on Sunday morning but you can enter any time up to then.
