This BHAA 5k race takes place in the newly re-opened Tramore Valley Park in Cork City. Registration takes place from 6.30pm with the race starting at 8pm.  There is limited space for parking at Tramore Valley Park. Car pool or come on foot/bike via the Eastern Park Walkway adjacent to Willow Park, close to Gaelscoil na Duglaise. The race itself is 2 laps of Robert Heffernan Walk in the park itself.

As per the Tramore Valley Park website, access is via the South Link (1) by car or Eastern Park Walkway (3). Access via Half Moon Lane is not yet available.
